Steps to Add the Custom Field in Bugzilla:
Go to Administration link
Click on the Custom Fields link
Click on the Add a new custom field
Enter the Field Value based on the Requirements.
Click on create.
You can also specify that the Custom Field should appear only for selected product.
The New custom field will appear in the new defect
